Adaptation Strategies to Climate Change in China - A Case Study of Heilongjiang Province

This article choses a Chinese province as a case study to analyze the impact of climate change at the local level (on sectors such as agriculture, natural ecosystems, water resources, as well as local people health conditions), and how the local government and local residents face the impact of the climate change. The paper summarizes several strategies on climate change and sustainable development.
