adelphi is a leading German think tank on environmental issues. In that regard we have amongst other comprehensive vulnerability assessment, climate adaptation, climate mitigation tools used by the German government and an extensive portfolio of global projects. I personnaly am leading a global learning, capacity buidling and exchange programme on climate resilience and low emission development at subnational level. I have in the past developed numerous assessment, planning and implementation tools on adaptation, ebA and eco-DRR at UNEP and in other organisations.
