I am working as the International Mountain AdaptationSpecialist (IMAS) for the GEF-SCCF project “Enhancing capacity, knowledge and technology support to build climate resilience of vulnerable developing countries”, of which UNEP-IEMP hosts the Project Management Unit (PMU). I work with the national focal point of Nepal to coordinate the implementation of concrete, on-the-ground EBA interventions with a focus on mountain ecosystems. I am interested in the methodology and tools for the implementation of EBA, such as climate change vulnerability and impacts assessment, ecosystem services assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.
