Costa Rica, a small country in Central America, is a hotspot in innovation and aims to contribute decisively to solving environmental problems by adding value to tropical forests.
Through the Ministry of Environment and Energy’s active engagement, the country leads innovative global schemes to disclose its knowledge and know-how on sustainable forest management and ecosystem services.
